Terms of Delivery
Transdeco Oy, business ID: 1014314-4, address: Pohjoinen Hesperiankatu 9, 00260 Helsinki, sells products to companies and adult private individuals within the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store as well as to corresponding deliveries.
These terms of delivery have been in effect since 08/02/2022. We reserve the right to amend these terms unilaterally from time to time, so please ensure that you review our terms of delivery each time before placing an order through our online shop.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of products in the online store are presented alongside each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the applicable prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. All product prices include VAT, which is displayed in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Delivery Costs
Any delivery charges that may apply to your order depend on the specific product (such as its weight and packaging) and the delivery method you choose. These fees are automatically added to your total order amount. You can review the delivery costs for your order (if applicable) in your shopping cart before you confirm your purchase.

Ordering and Agreement
You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order, and paying for the contents of your cart through the payment service. When placing an order in our online store, you are required to review and agree to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding—except for the right of cancellation mentioned later—and forms an agreement between you and us according to these terms of delivery.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available for selection in your shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods listed on our website, which you can choose when placing your order.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery times to EU countries are typically up to 10 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific delivery times are provided alongside the product options.
Right of Cancellation and Return Policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, in the case of regular deliveries of goods, after receiving the first batch.
The cancellation notice must be made clearly by email to info@transdeco.fi or with a written notice included with the returned goods.
The right of cancellation applies only if the returned products are in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipment.
If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made, to our Return Address listed below. The person returning the goods must be able to prove, if necessary, that the item was returned within the deadline, for example, with a return receipt. The returner is responsible for the costs incurred from returning the goods. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When returning your delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and your bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the payment you made for the order without delay in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of Delivery, Errors, and Problem Situations
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days by email at info@transdeco.fi or by phone at 040-5957336 so we can agree on how to resolve the issue. For consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of Liability
Transdeco Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, or any damages resulting from the aforementioned, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other binding legislation specify otherwise regarding such damages.
Disputes
We strive to resolve any disputes concerning your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service provided by the local registry office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
